Funcom is looking for an enthusiastic, high caliber, and exceedingly well-organized Office Manager to assist its development and support teams in North Carolina, working on The Secret World, Conan Exiles, and unannounced projects.

As part of the job you will be responsible for leading a wide range of high level administrative, office, and vendor support. In addition, you will be required to anticipate the needs of the office and C-levels executives. This position requires an energetic, dependable individual with a customer service attitude who can react promptly to changing priorities and is comfortable in a results oriented environment.
- A minimum of 2 year degree in administration or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with office vendors and external partners
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of talent
- Coordinate Employee Benefits and oversee HR projects
- Support executive team in day-to-day operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Understanding of the game industry
- Strong writing skills with proper grammar and vocabulary
